Six programs, drawn from more than 1,138 live productions delivered across 14 countries since 2014. Each case file below documents what we owned end-to-end — strategy, scenography, stagecraft, broadcast, and the post-event analytics that prove a room earned its keep.
Every case below is a program where WMLive held the run sheet from kickoff to post-event report — never subcontracted show runners on engagements over 250 attendees. Filed here in the order they shipped.

2023 Gartner CSO Summit · Javits Convention Center, NYC
Gartner needed a flagship 1,200-attendee research summit for chief security officers that ran on a public broadcast clock, complied with FINRA-aware session scripting, and shipped a post-event attendee intelligence report measured against the host company's blended inbound lead rate.
A 54-person producer cell led the engagement from kickoff to final report — strategy, scenography, AV, stagecraft, broadcast, hybrid production, and the analytics layer downstream. A dedicated compliance cell reviewed every talk-track. Scenic was fabricated in our Brooklyn shop and shipped to Javits in under 72 hours. RunSheet OS was deployed on day one, and the show-callers rehearsed against it for four days before doors opened.
Across three days, every general session opened within five minutes of the announced time — maintaining our 99.4% on-time start rate across 412 programs in 2023. The host company reported a 3.4x qualified-lead uplift versus its blended inbound rate, and the post-event NPS reached 72 across 187 client programs measured that year.
